1. The integrated cast iron bed can greatly improve the stability
of the cnc moulding machine, with good cutting effect, and the body
is not easy to deform.
2. The three-axis control system of cnc moulding machine has the
characteristics of high reliability, stable performance,
multi-functions and exquisite appearance; the keyboard keys are all
imported micro switches; the use of efficient interpolation
algorithms to ensure the processing quality and efficiency, and the
use of hardware time encryption can protect customers rights.
3. It adopts a linear square guide rail, with rolling friction
method, the friction coefficient is 1/50 of the ordinary sliding
guide, so the rail wears is less and it can ensure working accuracy
for a long time.
